Panel Guide
The customer panel is the web interface where you manage your Lydia Gate account from a browser. You track your payments and change your account settings there, without writing any code. This section covers how to use the panel. For server-to-server integration, start with the Overview page.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”The panel has no passwords. You enter your phone number, receive a one-time code by SMS, and open your session with that code. Your panel address and your first user are provided to you during onboarding.
What permissions decide
Section titled “What permissions decide”The menus you see and the actions you can take depend on the permissions assigned to your user. Two users on the same account can see different screens. If you cannot see a screen you need, ask the authorized user on your account; if the feature has to be enabled at the account level, contact our support team.
Tasks you run from the panel
Section titled “Tasks you run from the panel”The panel and the API are two faces of the same account: what you do through the API appears in the panel, and the settings you change in the panel apply to your API behavior.
- Payments and refunds: list your transactions, open the detail of a single payment, and start a refund. API equivalents: Get Payment and Refunds & Void.
- Payment links: create a shareable address for a single collection without building your own card surface. API equivalent: Payment Links.
- API keys: create and revoke the keys your integration uses. See Authentication.
- Webhook settings: define your notification endpoint and follow deliveries. See Webhooks.
- Users and permissions: add users to your account and decide which screens each one reaches.
- Reports and notifications: download your end-of-day reports and read the notifications about your account.
